Today, the line between work and life is consistently blurring, but no brand was breaking down the barriers between consumer and business needs. American Express wanted to be that brand, and transform themselves from a belonging mentality to a backing brand that fostered long-term relationships in a short-term transactional world. We created a new essentiality for how people live and work today by updating and modernizing our approach from Don’t Leave Home Without It to Don’t Live Life Without It. This campaign won the new business pitch.
