HERSHEY'S EXPERIENCE
Hershey's was partnering with an existing coffee brand that currently has 8 retail locations, and a further 80 franchisees contracted, across the US. But aside from knowing that these new Hershey’s retail locations will sell some form of Hershey’s baked goods and/or confection products alongside coffee, not much else was set in stone. We needed to envision the experience of these locations to get people to come in and then come back again and again. The Creative Challenge was to envision a magnetic space that is the physical embodiment of enabling meaningful connections. With my Product Design education, Disney experience, and love of a good challenge (and chocolate), this is one of my favorite projects.
