It may come as a surprise, but Olive Garden's chefs are fluent in Italian cooking. They cook and craft their dishes by hand. Because they know that when you cook that way – the Italian way – everything just tastes better. It’s that simple.
So we created a series of documentary-style videos, that let them tell their stories first hand, in their own words. They told us their philosophies on cooking, their experiences, the recipes they love and the care they put into it. And how they do it every day.
